Floors are made using 16mm tanalised boards raised by approximately 40mm from the ground
All framework is made using tanalised timber
12mm shiplap cladding
Buildings are fixed using premium grade wood screws
Buildings are vented in both gable ends using 50mm round plastic vents

Completed with installed cat flap 
Water based treatments - Dark Oak & Forest Green
Oil based treatments - Dark Brown, Light Brown & Clear
